FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are looking for a man wanted in at least two restaurant robberies.

The most recent crime happened Tuesday afternoon at Baldino's on Fort Bragg Road.

Around 12:30 p.m., authorities said a man entered the business, approached the counter and handed the employee a note demanding money.

The employee gave the suspect cash from the register and the suspect then fled on foot, according to police.

While running from the restaurant, authorities said the suspect lost his shoes and a shirt.

He was later seen entering the Community Center at FTCC, where he was able to obtain a blue blazer, khaki pants, and a tie, before leaving the area on foot.

A similar incident was reported at a Subway restaurant on Owen Drive Sunday morning.

Investigators said a man entered the business just after 11:30 a.m., approached the counter and handed the employee a note demanding money. The employee was unable to open the register, so the suspect left the scene on foot without any cash.

The suspect was described as a white man with a thin build, who stood about 5'10" tall.

Authorities said the suspect appeared to cut his hair in between the two crimes to change his appearance. They also said he appeared to have a tattoo or mark on his right forearm.

Anyone with information regarding this robbery is asked to contact Detective Hertrich-Nunn with the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 709-8063 or Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
