U-18 Hurricanes skate to national championship

RALEIGH, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The Carolina Hurricanes finished out of the playoffs, but this group of Hurricanes is going out a winner.

They won the Tier II Under-18 national championship on Monday by beating the Delaware Ducks 3-1.

The U-18 Hurricanes trailed 1-0 before getting two goals from James Stephens and one from Devin Halko.

So congrats to the champs!
