He is charged with first degree burglary, first degree murder, conspiracy and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.

His accomplice, 22-year old Francis Geraldo Burgos of 1605 Diplomat Drive, was arrested and charged last week with first degree burglary, first degree murder, conspiracy and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Both men allegedly shot and killed 69-year old Charles Miller of 5818 Holland Street. Miller's body was found in his home with multiple gunshot wounds during the early morning hours of January 31, 2008.

Blanks and Burgos are being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
