53-year old Marshall Fontana Wiggs of 110 Spacer Drive is charged with first degree statutory sex offense, second degree forcible sex offense, first degree kidnapping and taking indecent liberties with a child.
Investigators say Wiggs forced his victim to participate in sex acts with him on Saturday. He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
Wiggs is expected to make a first appearance in Cumberland County District Court on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
