Bryant Gainey, 28, Santana Owens, 21, are both facing charges.
Authorities say Gainey broke into several vehicles on January 29, stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, tools, cash and electronics.
Gainey faces eight counts of felony breaking and entering and other charges.
Owens is charged with possession of stolen goods and accessory after the fact.
A third suspect, Jamel Gainey, 17, is also charged with felony breaking and entering.
