The principal says a student obtained a master key to the building years ago.
Since then, several copies have been passed around.
The school says students would enter the school after hours and search teachers' offices. They would find answer keys to tests and then share them with classmates.
They also say a large number of students knew about the master keys, but did not say anything.
The school is now changing the locks on exterior doors.
