High speed chase ends with crash

A man who lead authorities on a high speed chase, hitting a state trooper's car is now charged with DWI and eluding police.

The chase ended on Interstate 40 near Harrison Avenue Tuesday morning when the man's van flipped. Police say the chase began when a trooper tried to pull over Aaron Burnley. Burnley, 36, then took off onto Interstate 540.

The chase ended when Burnley hit a trooper's car from behind while going 90-miles-per-hour. Burnely lost control of the van and flipped several times.

Authorities say his injuries are not life threatening. The trooper wasn't hurt.
