Andre Jackson, 18, surrendered to the Sheriff's Office late Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with second degree sex offense, first degree burglary and common law robbery.
Investigators say Jackson kicked in the door of his victim's home on February 3rd. He then robbed and sexually assaulted her. The victim's two-year-old child was present during the attack. Investigators say Jackson stalked the woman prior to the attack.
Jackson is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $60,000 secured bond.
