Bragg soldiers' homecoming delayed

Homecoming for some deployed Fort Bragg soldiers is delayed due to mechanical problem on their plane.

About 100 paratroopers from the Second Brigade Combat Team were expected to return home from Iraq around 11:30 a.m. Friday.

However, the soldiers are stuck in Iceland at the U.S. Naval air station until the plane is repaired.

There's no word on when they're expected to arrive home. The troops served out the longest division combat tour since WWII.
