Police say Pell, a pharmacist at Johnston Memorial Hospital, admitted that he was secretly videotaping his neighbor. Police later confiscated 240-tapes from his home. Investigators say the tapes include locations at the hospital, health clubs and beaches.
Pell has been charged with felony secret peeping and is in the Johnston County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
