Blizzard Bill Spencer is passionate about the weather and often finds himself out in the elements for fun.
His love for weather started at a young age and took him from his home state of Florida to Traverse City, Michigan where he earned the "Blizzard" nickname.
In 1993 he became a chief meteorologist in Topeka, Kansas where there was no shortage of severe weather.
He headed to Toledo in 1997, but continues to forecast for radio stations in northern Michigan and Kansas. His motto, "You'll never be alone in a storm again."
