TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY --
A Chapel Hill man has died after falling from a waterfall in Transylvania County.Officials at Pigsah National Forest say 22-year-old James Karpinos lost his footing Saturday at Windy Falls. He fell into a nearby river. Divers found his body Sunday. Karpinos is the son of Chapel Hill's town attorney.
