Silver Alert canceled for Raleigh man

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Isaac Carr.

Isaac Carr was located Monday evening.

Citizens were asked to be on the lookout for Carr, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Carr is described as an African American male, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 160 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen leaving his church on Sunday, headed towards Highway 41 near Fast Lane in Wallace.

Carr was driving his dark blue 2003 Ford F-150 with license plate number VXC-6054. The truck has dents in the side and tailgate also has a chrome toolbox in back.
