Moran was an exchange student at UNC-Chapel Hill from Scotland.
Police said there was no designated crosswalk at the scene of the accident.
No charges for bus driver in jogger's death
CHAPEL HILL On May 15, police say Lisa Moran, 21, was jogging on Manning Drive and attempted to cross the road when she was hit by a Chapel Hill Transit bus. Investigators say Moran was wearing an I-Pod and failed to yield to traffic when she was hit. She later died at UNC Hospitals.
