He was booked and processed and is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under no bond.
On Friday, detectives issued a warrant for his arrest in connection to the Doghouse Bar Homicide.
He is a suspect in the murder of Lekeisha Robinson, 26, that occurred on Wednesday in the parking lot of the Doghouse Bar on Owen Drive.
Robinson was shot just after 2 a.m. and was reportedly an innocent bystander.
Gibb also has a prior conviction for armed robbery.
