Suspected drunk driver found guilty

JOHNSTON COUNTY According to published reports, a jury found Luciano Tellez responsible for the death of a Clayton father and child.

Authorities say Tellez ran a stop sign in Johnston County causing a crash that killed Dwane and Jerry Braswell back in March of 2007.

Friday, he was sentenced to 32 to 40 years in prison.

Since Tellez is an illegal immigrant, he will serve his prison term before being deported to Mexico.
