The project is to be located at corner of Oberlin Road and Clark Avenue. It would be tallest in that end of /*Cameron Village*/.
The planning commission unanimously approved rezoning of the land in question to allow the developer to move forward. It could be anywhere from five to eight stories tall.
The project has not received final approval just yet.
Neighbors are concerned about preserving character of neighborhood, the shopping center and affect it could have on traffic.
