According to warrants 17-year-old Tyree Shajuan Lee "did assault and inflict serious bodily injury upon (juvenile) by picking him up and slamming him on the ground and then punching him numerous times in the face."
Lee, a freshman at Wakefield High School, is charged with felony assault inflicting serious injury.
The 15-year-old victim "will have to have several pins place in facial/head area and he must undergo several reconstructive surgeries over time."
Lee was arrested and is currently being held under a $25,000 bond.
Authorities say the incident is under investigation and there is a possibility of additional arrests.
