Silver Alert canceled for missing man

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has been canceled the Silver Alert for missing endangered man, Billy Gray Leggins.Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Leggins, 77, who is believed to be suffering from some kind of cognitive impairment.

He is described as a while male, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. He has brown, balding hair and hazel eyes.

Leggins was last seen on Forest Hills Road in Wilson, headed toward Weldon.

Leggins normally travels on Hwy. 301 North and I-795. He also frequently drives on secondary roads through Johnston County.

He is driving a 2005 gold Chevrolet Cobalt with a North Carolina license plate number TZM-9500.
