It wasn't long before they announced the death of 18-year-old Eagle Scout Matthew Silliman was a murder. Four of Silliman's friends were arrested and charged with the crime.
Tuesday, a Wake County grand jury heard evidence from sheriff's investigators and formally indicted Aadil Shaaid Kahn, 17, Allegra Rose Dahlquist, 17, Drew Logan Shaw, 16, and Ryan Patrick Hare, 18.
All are in jail without bond.
