Police release ID of Raleigh murder victim

RALEIGH The incident happened around 2 a.m. Sunday, when Raleigh Police responded to a shooting at an apartment on E. Lane Street.

According to officials, when officers arrived at the scene they found a man deceased outside of the residence.

The victim is Filberto Moreno-Lopez and police are investigating his murder.
