Mosley, 20, was found found shot in the torso in the driver's seat of a car parked outside the Q Cigars Tobacco Store in the Strickland Bridge Plaza at the intersection of Strickland Bridge and Fisher roads on November 20.
Detectives had already arrested 18-year old Terrell Jamal Hall of Elizabethtown and charged him with first-degree murder. Carr is also charged with first-degree murder while White is charged as an accessory after the fact.
Fayetteville police have not given a motive for the alleged killing.
