Two-year-old taken by uncle

FAYETTEVILLE Friday authorities announced the 2-year-old boy was taken by his uncle. To aid in their search Fayetteville Police issued an Amber Alert that night.

The two were last seen Thursday evening.

Investigators say the abductor was 60-year-old Lee Currie. Currie was located Saturday and has been taken into custody.

During an interview, Currie told officers where they would find the missing 2-year-old child. Charges against him are pending.

Cromartie has been located unharmed and returned to his parents.
