Authorities say he is responsible for an accident Monday on I-40 at Wade Avenue.
Vicente's truck apparently swerved into westbound traffic and exploded into flames.
One person was burned in the crash and taken to the hospital. Vicente was also hurt.
He's scheduled in court on Monday.
