Investigators say it started as a fight inside the restaurant and then guns were pulled.

One person was shot and taken to the hospital by family members. One window of the Waffle House was shot out.
The victim was Darrice Covington. He was hit in the shoulder and has been released from the hospital.
Sean Jones, 24, and Demetrice James, 25, have been charged with the shooting. Both men are being held at the Wake County Detention Center.
