Jury seated in deacon murder case

RALEIGH Latrell Latham was just 16 when he was arrested for the murder of 74-year-old Richard Brown. Prosecutors say Latham killed the man because he was trying to move up in his gang.

Brown was found shot to death in October, 2007 at a small building that housed the mailboxes for his north Raleigh apartment complex.
