Woman finds body inside bank building

OXFORD Police say 70-year-old Benjamin Gentry was found Tuesday evening in an office, which is not a part of the Union National Bank. Gentry was leasing the office.

Officers were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m. They say Gentry's wife discovered his body after she had not heard from him and decided to check his office.

Police say Gentry appeared to have been shot.

There is no additional information surrounding the details of his death. His body was taken to the medical examiner's officer for an autopsy.
