She was wanted for the murder of 22-year-old-Erica Rose Matthews.
Detectives found Matthews in front of a home on Driver St. around 6 p.m. on March 10. According to police, she had been shot and left for dead. She was placed on life support at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and later died.
Taylor is charged with first-degree murder and is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
