Single car crash leaves one dead

FAYETTEVILLE It happened just before 3 a.m. on Morganton Road near McFayden Drive.

Investigators say the SUV hit a tree and that speed may have been a factor in the accident.

The driver, 30-year old Brandon Michael Kowskie of Omaha, Nebraska, died from his injuries.
