Sheriff Green told Eyewitness News that Reece, Bishop, Rose and another female were at Bishop's Franklin County mobile home when Bishop allegedly shot his gun into the air and then pointed it at Reece.

Rose told investigators Bishop then he asked Reece, "Are you scared?" She replied "No," and he allegedly shot her in the face.

According to Rose, the couple had argued earlier that day and had a rocky relationship. The second female ran from the home and started to knock on doors for help. Rose told investigators that Bishop wanted to go after her and kill her because she had witnessed the crime.

Investigators say when they arrived; Bishop and Rose ran into the nearby woods. Officers found Reece's body inside the mobile home. Sheriff Green said her head was covered with a plastic bag and her leg was inside another bag.

Investigators believe the two men were attempting to dispose of the body and had tried to cover up the crime scene.

Monday while collecting evidence at Bishop's home, investigators believe they located the murder weapon in the woods. Investigators also say they found alcohol and marijuana inside Bishop's home.

Bishop is considered armed and dangerous and his court records indicate he is on probation.
