The girls were at the bus stop around 6:30 a.m. near Lynn Road and Pleasant Drive. They told police that a man in a green SUV had been exposing himself to them at the bus stop over a period of several months.
Officers stopped a green Isuzu Rodeo near the bus stop and arrested Jamie.
He was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of attempted kidnapping. He was placed in Durham County Jail under a $1 million bond.
