Zuehlke worked for Olde Raleigh Motors on Glenwood Ave.
Zuehlke is accused of receiving trade-in vehicles and failing to pay off the previous owners' loans. Investigators also say he sometimes sold vehicles without giving the buyer a title, knowing there was a lien on the cars and trucks.
Police filed charges after the DMV investigated complaints from several customers.
Olde Raleigh Motors filed for bankruptcy protection in April.
