Witnesses say Richardson and the victim, 62-year-old Linda Lea Glen, have been friends for 15 years.
The women were visiting a home in Hope Mills Saturday when they began to argue. Investigators say Glen grabbed the driver's side door of Richardson's car and was dragged. She eventually fell to the ground.
According to witnesses, Richardson then put the car in reverse and ran over Glen's legs and hit a mailbox. She allegedly put the car in reverse a second time and ran over Glen again.
A witness managed to take Richardson's car keys and call 911.
Glen was listed in fair condition Sunday.
Richardson is being held under a $100,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
