Town records show Elizabeth Edwards has leased a space on Rosemary St.
The visitors bureau says the store will feature styles and prices similar to a charity store her mother managed when she lived in Japan.
That store was called The Red Door. Edwards said during a tour for her book "Resilience" that she had bought furniture in High Point for her new business.
