Holt's stepfather, 45-year-old James Hobb, was shot multiple times. He is in fair condition. The suspect's 9-year-old sister is also listed in fair condition.
Holt is charged with one count of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury.
He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,000 bond.
