He is charged with two counts of attempted murder in connection with the shooting of a man and woman at 1911-106 Orchard Hollow Way just after 11 a.m.. The victim's names are still being withheld. Their conditions are not known.
A police spokesperson said Sheriff Donnie Harrison negotiated McLean's surrender.
