In one incident, a 33-year-old woman said she was wrongly touched while she was in the Harris Teeter store on Falls of Neuse Road on July 6.
Then on July 9, a 24-year-old female victim reported she was touched while she was inside the Wal-Mart store on Glenwood Ave near Brier Creek.
Police have charged Dorn with two counts of sexual battery and two counts of habitual misdemeanor assault.
Both cases are being investigated by detectives from the Raleigh Police Department's Special Victims Unit. They are currently investigating to determine if Dorn was involved in any other crimes.
Officials said anyone who believes they may have been victimized by him is asked to come forward.
