Two wanted in teen shooting

RALEIGH Officers want to arrest Hugo Serralde Fernandez, 22, and Juan Carlos Serralde, 18, in connection with the shooting of 16-year-old Emanuel Wooden.

The teen was critically wounded Saturday afternoon in the 3400 block of Mackinac Island Lane.
