Woman shot to death inside home

WAKE FOREST When authorities arrived at a mobile home on Kelly Pine Court they found 48-year-old Jaquelyn Larue Gore dead inside.

According to Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison, officers have charged 62-year-old Leslie "Lester" Smith with murder in connection to the shooting.

Neighbors told Eyewitness News that Gore and Smith were dating and lived together.

Detectives have not released a motive.
