Suspect sought in bank robbery

Authorities are trying to identify and arrest the suspect that robbed a Raleigh bank Monday.The robbery happened around 12:25 p.m. at the SunTrust Bank in the Kroger store on Falls of Neuse Road.

Police said the suspect approached a teller and passed a note demanding money and implied he had a weapon.

After the teller complied with the suspect's demands, he left the store.

The suspect is described as an African American man with a medium complexion and medium build, standing about 6 feet tall.

He had a moustache and was wearing a white and black checkered shirt, black jeans, a black baseball cap and black sunglasses.
