Officers were dispatched to a shooting call around 2:05 a.m. When they arrived, they found 21-year-old Samanda Cradle with a gunshot wound to her lower torso. She was taken WakeMed in Raleigh and is expected to revover.
The second victim, a 15-year-old boy, was found on Baytree Street where he fled after being shot. He was also taken to WakeMed for non life-threatening injuries to his upper thigh and later released to his parents.
Police say the suspects were seen driving on Lawrence St. Their vehicle is described as a late model blue Nissan Maxima or Altima with tinted windows.
