Boyd along with seven others has been charged with plotting to murder, kidnap, maim, and injure persons in a foreign country. One of the eight men remains at large. Boyd has been labeled the ring leader of the group.

Earlier this month, the FBI seized about two dozen guns and more than 27,000 rounds of ammunition, along with $14,000 in cash.
Documents stated agents found a copy of the Koran with an Air France boarding pass inside, military manuals and newspapers about the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
Investigators also seized a computer and several CD's from one of the suspects, Hysen Sherifi.

According to warrants, they also found a "Call to Jihad" book and other writings.
The men are currently being held in jail under no bond.
