A memorial plaque was dedicated and balloons were released in memory of the three people killed and dozens more hurt on June 9 when an explosion knocked down the Slim Jim's factory's walls and tore through the roof.
Investigators later ruled that a natural gas leak caused the explosion. Officials said gas poured into the building after contractors vented a gas line.
