Man accused of sex acts with child

CUMBERLAND COUNTY They charged 30-year-old Jose Luis Dominguez Monday with several offenses including second-degree forcible sexual offense and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Investigators say the encounters were with a 13-year-old child and occurred between April 20 and April 30.

Dominquez is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
