Accused stoplight shooter re-arrested

A Garner man arrested in October for allegedly shooting a man who was stopped at a red light was arrested again on Friday.According to an arrest warrant, Muhammad Aleem, 20, of Garner, was charged with discharging a weapon in an occupied place and second degree kidnapping.

Aleem, who is homeless, is now being held on a $250,000 secured bond. His bond on the original charges was $100,000.
