Officers were dispatched to a gunshot wound call in the 2100 block of E. Main Street Monday around 12:15 a.m. When they arrived, they found a male victim shot.
The victim has been identified as 24-year-old Luis Octavio Rodriquez.
Police say they do not have a motive or suspect information at this time.
