Durham police investigating fatal shooting

DURHAM Police say 29-year-old Kenneth Ray Lyon, Jr. was shot in the lower back around 1:45 p.m. in the 2100 block of Broad Street.

He later died of his injuries at Duke Hospital.

Anyone with information about his homicide is asked to call Inv. C. Robinson at 560-4440, ext. 29335, or CrimeStoppers at 683-1200.
