Police say the driver of a blue truck deliberately rammed a car in Wendell.
The chase started when police spotted the truck in Raleigh.
The chase eventually ended outside Matthew Draper's house in Raleigh when he jumped from the truck and tried unsuccessfully to get away on foot. Highway Patrol then arrested Draper.
He is charged with hit-and-run and felony speeding to elude police.
