It happened just before 2 a.m. Tuesday on Skibo Road and Louise St. When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had run off the right side of the road and flipped over.
The initial investigation revealed no other vehicles were involved. The driver of the vehicle was still inside and pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash has not been determined and authorities have not released the victim's name.
