On April 17, three people were shot in the 1200 block of Day Circle. Charles Ray Morgan II died at the scene. Brian McLaurin was airlifted to Pitt Memorial Hospital for his injuries and Kevin Barksdale was treated and released from Wayne Memorial Hospital for his injuries.
On April 23, officers arrested and charged Henry Calvin Jones, of 501 S. Audubon Ave., Goldsboro, with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder.
Now, Montrel Devon O'Neal of 401 Day Circle, Goldsboro, faces the same charges.
Both men are being held without bond.
